What an inspirational project! A fabulous group of women met at creative workshops at The Box in Plymouth, brought together by Literature Works / Speaking Volumes Live Literature Productions. How are women over-40 being sidelined – personally and politically, economically and socially? The sessions were inspirational, and we’ve stayed in touch to support each other and our work. I love the collective, the community, the comradeship – in short supply when you write alone. I’m very happy to be able to able to facilitate WSV / SW ‘s first collective appearance, at the Looe Festival of Words book fair on 5th October. Where we will have plenty to speak about!
